About SharedPocket
SharedPocket is a shared budgeting and expense-tracking application designed for couples, families, and households. Features and availability may change as the product evolves.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use SharedPocket.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use SharedPocket to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Upload or transmit harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
- Attempt to access another user's account without permission.
- Interfere with the security, availability, or performance of the service.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the app's APIs or infrastructure.
User content
You retain ownership of the data you enter into SharedPocket. By using the service, you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, and sync your data so we can operate the app for you and your household members.
Service availability
We aim to keep SharedPocket available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the service at any time.
Termination
You can stop using SharedPocket at any time. You can also request account deletion through the Cancel Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service or other users.

SharedPocket is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for financial decisions you make based on information in the app.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SharedPocket and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of SharedPocket after changes means you accept the updated terms.
